Every individual benefits from being part of a group at Priority, with classes like Circuits, Total Body Conditioning, Functional Force, Spinning and Zumba.
Group classes at Priority Health Coaching are designed and led by experts to ensure the intensities, movement patterns and variations are do-able for every member of the group, whatever their physical limits and training goals.
There are two major groups – strength and endurance; and three minor groups – power, co-ordination and flexibility in physical activity. All of our classes are based on the two major ones, either alone or in combination with one or more of the three other supporting groups.
All our group classes are motivating, effective and fun – with collective and individual benefits for everyone.
