I literally started cruising around one day to find a gym..any gym! I gave birth to 2 beautiful kids and now it was time to end the weight gain / not taking care of myself.
I ended up at Priority Health Coaching and after a short introduction on how they work, I immediately realized that this was a different gym! A program especially made for me? A program where I’d be followed up on my condition and weight loss progress?
The heart rate belt and wrist watch that can make me track and use my outdoor activities to add up to my weekly work outs?
So I started off in December 2016 after my tests “just working out”, no food plan.

I lost weight by just following my personalized training program. I realized I should adjusting my eating habits.
When I did that, it’s like the kilo’s literally started to melt.. and the best part of all of this, Andre keeps motivating you by checking up on you, weighing you from time to time and making sure you stay divers in your work outs.
It feels like having a personal trainer.
Results for now?
Condition changed tremendously and I lost till April 2017 11kg only in fats in just a couple of months.
Now, July 2017 over 20 kg fats away. Great.>
